Since 1993 the Hall's have lived and served in leadership in the former Soviet Union. They founded Latvia Bible College Ministry Center and participated in the planting of many churches throughout the country of Latvia. From 2003-2007 the Hall's lived in Moscow, Russia, serving the missionary team as Country Coordinator and traveling to many cities throughout Russia, offering teaching and training to pastors and church leaders. During their fourth 4-year term the Hall's will spend 100% of their time in traveling to outlying towns and regions of Russia. They will teach on pragmatic themes which pastors and church leaders can apply in their everyday situations. Their heart lies in training, mentoring and empowering the next generation of believers in Russia.
